They are! None of our range contains animal products nor are they tested on animals.
Q. IS IT SAFE TO TAKE ALL YOUR SUPPLEMENTS TOGETHER?
Yes, you can take the supplements together. Just ensure you are taking your Sleep Formula at night and your Energy Formula before your first meal in the morning. We recommend taking the Fortify Formula with a meal.
Q. ARE YOUR SUPPLEMENTS SAFE IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?
We always recommend checking with your trusted health care provider or a doctor before taking any dietary supplements, in case of any interactions with your medications.
Q. I HAVE ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES, WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR INGREDIENTS LIST?
Each product page has a full list of ingredients on it, along with a list of common intolerances that our supplements are free from - i.e. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, etc.

Q. ARE YOUR SUPPLEMENTS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
The quantities of ingredients and dosages in our supplements are made for adults. We don’t recommend giving them to children.
Q. ARE YOUR SUPPLEMENTS SAFE FOR PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?
We don’t recommend using our vitamins while you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

This is a hard one to define. The amount of jet lag symptoms you feel will differ from trip to trip, day to day and depends on how many timezones you passed through on your travels, as well as which direction you were flying in.
We know we feel better and get over jet lag faster when we’re using GlowJetter on our travels. We also know that these supplements are packed with potent ingredients. Will you still experience jet lag symptoms? Most likely some, yes. But we firmly believe that these supplements help with jet lag and so do our customers and human trials. We’d love to hear if they worked for you too.
Q. ARE YOUR SUPPLEMENTS PERMITTED ON PLANES?
They certainly are. Although do keep in mind some countries have stricter laws than others on bringing in tablets and capsules. It’s best to research your destination thoroughly to be sure.

We currently ship to everywhere in the U.S. as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the U.K. We plan to expand international shipping in the near future.

Yes! We offer free shipping to the contiguous U.S. and we offer flat rate shipping to all other destinations.
Q. HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
Our warehouse crew will fulfill your order for shipping within 2-3 business days and then shipping in the US will take up to a week. If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited 24 hour fulfilment for just $10.
Allow up to two weeks for your international order to arrive.

Expedited fulfillment is like a fast pass for your order. It means you will jump the line and your order be sent out as a priority. If you select expedited fulfillment your order will be dispatched within 24 hours or on the next business day.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot refund for change of mind.
If, however, something has somehow gone wrong with your order or it has arrived damaged, we will of course arrange a replacement. Simply email email@example.com with your details and our team will look after you.
